It's been a few days since I have really blogged so I'll just touch on the highlights of my last few days and then talk about today. We have outreached more than I have in my whole life, and I've been in this fellowship my whole life. I created strawberry waffles during breakfast and now people I don't know in the hotel are telling me they're trying it. The people in Farmington are really nice sinners. Me and nic talked to two guys outside the mall for like 15 minutes and they politely ignored us and said they are choosing to go to Hell, alrighty then. Even the apartment managers allow us to give out fliers as long as we don't leave them on doors. I always forget to put sunscreen on my feet when I wear flip-flops. If you want to know if you have a sunburn, hit the hot tub. Pool basketball is awesome. People put trailers in the weirdest places. Pastor Kyle is turning out just like his dad in every way. Natalie has a thing for cowboys. Richard takes the longest showers and is always late to the van. Breaking up with a girl at her house and then driving to the mall a block away to meet another chick that looks exactly the same is truly "Dirty." Turkey wraps are not that bad. Josh does not get along with the hotel employees.
That is all the things I learned before our outreach on Thursday night where 7 people got saved and I prayed with a guy for salvation that God really touched and it made me remember how much I love to serve God and take it to the devil. The teens did the everything skit for the first time and it was powerful. It's great to see the reaction of people seeing that skit for the first time. Even Pastor Bland said he cried during the skit even though no one can confirm it. I know that God is going to give us real fruit from these outreaches. Most of the people that came and got saved came because they GOT A FLIER, which was amazing to us and made all that outreaching worth it. One of the ladies that got saved said she prayed that God would lead her and that day she came out of Wal-Mart and there was a flier for our concert on her car, AWESOME! After the outreach we tried to go through the McDonalds drive-thru with a vanload and that is always a bad idea. Then we came back to the hotel and introduced UB, King Dirty, and Boxer Shoits. Oh, you'll see.
Let's continue doing what we can do and God will do what he can do!
